Looking Ahead: Expanding Family Restoration in Kenya

Building Families For Tomorrow has developed a whole-family restoration model in western Kenya that helps women leaving prison rebuild their lives, reunite with their children, and achieve lasting independence.

As we look to the future, our vision is to expand this work so that more women and children affected by incarceration in Kenya have the opportunity to experience restoration, stability, and hope.

Our priorities include:

• Expanding Kenya prison partnerships to identify and serve more women preparing for release and families affected by incarceration.

• Completing the BFFT campus in western Kenya to increase residential capacity and provide additional space for vocational training, counseling, education, and community gatherings.

• Strengthening our family restoration model through continued innovation, accountability, and measurable outcomes that demonstrate long-term impact.

• Preparing for future replication by developing a sustainable model that can eventually bring family restoration to additional communities in Kenya and, in time, other parts of the world.

Together, we are doing more than changing individual lives. We are restoring families, breaking generational cycles of poverty and incarceration, and transforming generations.
